§ Mrs. HartNo. No new factors in the circumstances of the Crown Agents have arisen, and, indeed, their financial position has strengthened. I gave the reasons for making this further recoverable grant in my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Islington, South and Finsbury (Mr. Cunningham) on 15th February.
