§ Mr. MoyleI have received a joint letter from my hon. Friend and from my hon. Friends the Members for Barking (Miss Richardson) and Hornchurch (Mr. Williams) ad from the hon. Member for Romford (Mr. Neubert). No proposal for change of use of Rush Green Hospital has been submitted to me by the responsible health authorities and it would be inappropriate for me to intervene at this stage in their discussions on this matter.
