§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThe Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy assures me that figures are published as early as the receipt—and times for printing—of returns from local authorities will allow. The Society of County Treasurers, although still involved in the compilation of these statistics, is no longer concerned in their publication.
