§ Mr. TomlinsonThe move of part of my headquarters to East Kilbride is not scheduled to take place until August 3W 1980. A local recruitment campaign which will be followed by any necessary training is expected to begin about six months before then. My Department is already liaising closely with the East Kilbride Development Corporation about all aspects of the move.
