§ Mr. CarterIt is estimated that up to 31st December 1977 expenditure on rehabilitation schemes for Northern Ireland Housing Executive dwellings in rural and urban areas was £21 million. The apportionment of this expenditure between rural and urban areas could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.

§ Mr. CarterIf the hon. Member is referring to the scheme for the rehabilitation of vandalised flats and maisonettes at Moyard, West Belfast, the Housing Executive estimates that the outturn cost of this scheme will be about £2.2 million.
