Ulster Museum; 181,383 visitors, a decrease of 3.23 per cent. and Ulster Folk and Transport Museum: 144,779 visitors, an increase of 3.74 per cent.
§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will specify the sums paid under certificates of indemnity issued by the national museums in Northern Ireland in respect of claims for loss of, or damage sustained by, objects lent to them during the 10 financial years from 1967–68 to 1976–77 inclusive, broken down into the individual years, and divided in each year between (a) claims satisfied in respect of long-term loans to the permanent collections, and (b) claims satisfied in respect of loans to temporary exhibitions.
