§ Mr. ConcannonThe Government's industrial promotion policy continues to be to attract as much viable investment as possible to Northern Ireland. Incentives are graduated according to the employment needs of individual areas, but in the end it is the investor who must decide where he will establish, having taken all the relevant considerations into account.
