§ Mr. Joel BarnettPrior to 1976 provision in the Community budget for disaster relief for Community and non-Community countries was not separated. In 1976, 60 million units of account (£25 million) were allocated to Italy for the earthquake at Friuli. In 1977 5 million units of account (£2.1 million) were included in the Community budget for disaster relief in the Community but details of its allocation are not yet available.
