§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when his Department will be in a position to give a full reply to the letter of 8th June 1977, from the right hon. Member for Roxburgh, Selkirk and Peebles, subsequent letters of 16th September, 18th October and numerous telephone reminders concerning a constituent resident at Tweed-bank, Galashiels.
