§ 38. Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish examples of schemes carried out by local authorities in implementing the Heavy Commercial Vehicles Act 1973.
§ Mr. HoramWe are currently considering whether any examples would be suitable for publication as model schemes, and will write to the hon. member when we have reached a conclusion.
