Mr. Faulds

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science why the publication of the 23rd report of the Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art, covering the period ended 30th June 1977, has been delayed ; and when she anticipates that the 24th Report, covering the year ended 30th June 1978, will be published.

The 23rd report will be published very soon. I hope that the 24th report will be published in the spring.
