§ Mr. Marks:Very few civil servants paid for historic monuments season tickets by transfer into National Giro account no. 319 7417, only five using it this year. It has therefore been decided to withdraw the facility when leaflet GL 3917 12/77 is reprinted. I regret that the administrative cost of extending this facility to applicants outside the Civil Service would be too great.
