§ Mr. Ioan Evansasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will issue guidance to local authorities in Wales about the co-ordination of services for children under five years of age.
§ Mr. Barry Jones:A Welsh Office circular giving guidance on the co-ordination 250W of services for children under five was issued yesterday. The circular asks the county councils, in consultation with other statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and others who provide resources, to consider ways and means of achieving effective co-ordination which will improve their services.
