§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will bring forward legislation to resolve the problems in the present law on Sunday markets and to increase the powers of local authorities to regulate or prohibit such markets.
§ Dr. Summerskill:We have no plans at present for legislation to amend the law affecting Sunday markets.
