§ 27. Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will make a statement about the latest EEC Commission proposals for harmonisation of higher education admissions procedures.
§ Mr. Oakes:I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of a draft resolution which was deposited in Parliament last month and of a covering explanatory memorandum. Before the draft had reached its final form, the meeting of the EEC Education Ministers at which it would have been discussed was cancelled by the Presidency and no new date has yet been fixed.
