§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what action he has taken since 26th October 1977 to implement the recommendations made by his Environmental Board that his Department should investigate methods of improving the level of technical awareness of design problems of elected members of local authorities.
§ Mr. Freeson:The Department, with the advice of the Environmental Board, is still considering ways in which the recommendations might be put into practice.
