§ Mr. Stephen Rossasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what proposals he has in mind to ensure that private homes for the elderly are adequately supervised by the licensing authority.
§ Mr. Ennals:The statutory provisions for the registration and inspection of private and voluntary homes for the elderly are at present under review. I expect to consult on proposals for their amendment during 1979.
