Mr. Geraint Howells

asked the Secretary of States for Wales (1) what percentage of the funds spent by the Welsh Development Agency since its inception have gone to small firms as defined by the Government; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what percentage of the number of advances or loans made by the Welsh Development Agency since its inception have gone to small firms as defined by the Government; and if he will make a statement.
