§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Attorney-General if he will list in the Official Report the communications which he has received both supporting and opposing his decision to commence, and to continue with, the recent prosecution of Messrs. Aubrey, Berry, and Campbell; and what reply he has sent to the trial judge concerning his strictures on the continuance of a number of the charges which were subsequently withdrawn in the course of the trial.
§ The Attorney-GeneralNo. It is not the practice to list the communications which I may receive relating to my decisions as Attorney-General to consent to the prosecution of criminal offences. I have received no strictures from the trial judge to which I could reply.
