§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Industry when he expects to make an announcement in reply to a recent recommendation, made by a joint working party of the Yorkshire wool delegation and the Yorkshire Water Authority, that up to £750,000 be given to assist sections of the woollen industry, especially the scouring section, to over
