§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Transport how many speed restriction orders have been requested in the county of Cambridgeshire; how many have been granted; and what is currently the delay between £100 per annum to £312 per mentation.
§ Mr. HoramSpeed limit orders are the responsibility of the highway authority, which is required to seek the consent of my right hon. Friend only when the restrictions apply to principal roads.
