§ Mr. KaufmanThe Government's White Paper incorporating the code of conduct (Cmnd. 7233) has been brought to the attention of the company, which is well aware of its provisions and the reporting requirements. The effect, if 649W any, or the proposed merger on BL's position under the code will depend on the form of the agreement, which has yet to be finalised.
