§ Mr. Clinton DavisAircraft movements delayed as a direct result of the present air traffic control difficulties in Europe are being exempted from the night quota restrictions. Up to and including Tuesday night, 48 such movements have been exempted. In addition, one flight delayed for other reasons has also been exempted.
