§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the duty-free concessionary allowances for British subjects returning to Great Britain from countries outside the EEC was last reviewed; and, in view of the fact that the present allowances are inadequate, if he will announce an immediate increase so that those returning from holiday in the summer can benefit accordingly.
