Mr. Rooker

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will state (a) the amounts to be specified for the upper earnings limit and the lower earnings limit for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1975 and the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 for the contribution year 1979–80 and (b) the rates of class 1, class 2, class 3 and class 4 contributions to be payable for the contribution year 1979–80.
