Mr. Wigley

asked the Lord President of the Council, in view of the Government commitment that electoral registration procedures apply similarly in Scotland and Wales for the purposes of the referenda on devolution, what changes he proposes to the law in Wales to bring it in line with Scots case law on this issue, with particular regard to the judgment in the Walter Scott case in 1973 which restricted multiple registration in Scotland.
