§ Mr. MarksThis information is not available for those areas of the county where water is supplied by the Chester Water Company or Wrexham and East Denbighshire Water Company. For those areas supplied by the North-West and Welsh water authorities, the combined average domestic charge for water supply, sewerage and environmental services by those authorities since 1974–75 are as follows:
plan beyond 18th August, in view of the fact that otherwise this will take place during a holiday period and also that the objection period fell during the Christmas holidays.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe responsibility for this inquiry rests with the local authority and our function is limited to the appointment of the inspector. It is, however, open to anyone who wishes to make representations but is unable to attend the inquiry to submit representations in writing to the inspector. The objection period ran from 5th December to 10th February.
