Mr. Anthony Grant

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what has been the number of males under 16 and 16 to 19 years of age and females under 16 and 16 to 19 years of age, respectively, treated as new cases of syphilis, primary and secondary, and gonorrhoea, post-pubertal infections only, in clinics for sexually transmitted diseases in England and Wales in the years 1976, 1977, and up to the latest convenient date in 1978.
