§ Mr. MoyleIn February 1974 National Health Service hospitals in Great Britain 713W were authorised to admit up to 4,966 private patients at any one time; the level of authorisation was reduced to 4,444 in July 1975, to 3,444 in May 1977 and 3,088 in January 1978. Further proposals made by the Health Services Board for revocations of authorisations by July of this year will be published shortly.
