§ Mr. Robert Edwardsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has discussed with his colleagues in the Council of Ministers of the European Community the Commission's proposal for a directive concerning mutual assistance by the competent authorities of the member States in the field of direct taxation.
§ Mr. Robert SheldonThe proposed directive was considered by the Council of Ministers and adopted on 19th December 1977.
