§ Mr. StrangThe response from local authorities throughout Great Britain continues to be most satisfactory. Contingency planning is kept under constant review, but I am satisfied that the Government and local authorities are in a position to deal quickly and effectively with a rabies outbreak anywhere in the country should one occur.
