§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownI have indicated on a previous occasion the industry has had two relatively good years in 1976 and 1977 despite the continuing state of uncertainty as regards fishing opportunities. Its future economic prospects must, 153W of course, depend largely on the outcome of the negotiations for the revision of the common fisheries policy.
