§ Mr. Kershawasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether, in view of the obvious danger which the reconstruction of the A38 at Hardwicke has caused to dwellings downstream of that road by flooding from the Shorn Brook, in particular to Verona Cottage, he will decide whose is the responsibility for clearing this brook, and give orders that the work be done.
