§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Employment, what is the ratio of persons employed in factories to inspectors who actually carry out routine day to day inspections of factories; and what are the corresponding figures for the construction industry, mines and quarries, agriculture and other industrial groups at present covered by their own inspectorates.
