HC Deb 13 April 1978 vol 947 c487W
Mr. Spearing

asked the Attorney-General if he is making any study of the current practices relating to uncorroborated evidence of informers seeking the protection of Queen's evidence, including any comparison of different practice within the United Kingdom.

Mr. Merlyn Rees

I have been asked to reply.

We are making no such general study but if my hon. Friend has a particular point in mind I shall be glad to look into it.
