§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the fact that dairy companies which have increased their prices by large amounts are declaring profits of between 10 per cent. and 20 per cent. above the previous year's results, whether, in line with the Government's policy to control and reduce inflation, he will take action to prevent any organisation increasing its prices where a profit above the 10 per cent. wage guide lines are reported.
