§ Mr. Barry JonesRecruitment for staff employed at ancient monuments in Wales follows normal Civil Service rules. Craftsmen employed on restoration must have the appropriate trade qualifications. Custodian staff must have the experience 417W and other qualities needed for their duties which include the control of admissions and sales and accounting for monies received.
