§ Mr. Leeasked the Attorney-General if he is satisfied that adequate advice is being proferred to police authorities about the use of the Public Order Act in relation to racialist offences in cases where evidential difficulties inhibit prosecutions under the Race Relations Act.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe police authorities are advised both by their own solicitors and, as occasion arises, by the Director of Public Prosecutions. I am satisfied that adequate advice is available to them.
