Mr. Pavitt

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now make a further announcement about the membership of the Commission on Energy and the Environment.

Mr. Shore

On 2nd March I announced the establishment of the Commission on Energy and the Environment.—[Vol. 945, c. 330.]

The following have now also accepted the Government's invitation to serve on the Commission under the Chairmanship of Sir Brian Flowers FRS.
