§ Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the Secretary of State for Industry when he will be issuing industrial development certificates for the small factory units at Havelock Terrace and Summerstown submitted on 9th August 1977 by the London borough of Wandsworth under the Inner City Construction Package for 1978–79 in view of the fact that these certificates arc re-required to support the Borough Council's endeavours to combat high unemployment in the area.
