§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Energy what progress he has made towards the establishment of an Energy Commission; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Benn,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, Vol. 934, c. 107], gave the following further information:
The Government have decided to increase the number of non-producer seats on the Energy Commission from seven to eight, to enable such interests to be more satisfactorily represented.
