Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will list the persons and organisations whom he met to discuss his mini autumn Budget, the dates when such meetings took place and similar details concerning hon. Members and their various committees.

In the last few weeks my right hon. Friend has maintained his regular pattern of consultations about economic affairs with organisations at home and abroad. As always, the first announcement of a major economic statement is to the House of Commons.
