HC Deb 26 October 1977 vol 936 c821W
Mr. Ashley

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will make a statement on the progress on standardising concessions for dyslexic candidates in General Certificate of Education and Certificate of Secondary Education examinations since the reply of the Under Secretary of State to the hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South on 14th June 1977.

Miss Margaret Jackson:

This difficult matter is still under consideration by the examining boards. I am keeping in touch with them and will write to my hon. Friend as soon as possible.
