§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what has been the income of Mr. Walter Norval, sentenced in Glasgow High Court to 14 years for armed robbery, from social security benefits, in cash and in kind, unemployment benefit, any rent and rates rebates, &c., itemised by benefit including per average week over the last year; and whether his Department allowed Mr. Norval to draw or have drawn on his behalf, unemployment benefit for the period of his holiday in Tenerife in March 1977.
