§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Lord President of the Council if he will publish in the Official Report details of the Select Committees of the House which have travelled abroad in each year since 1964, indicating the cost of each trip, the countries visited and the Members who went.
§ Mr. Foot,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 28th July 1977; Vol. 936, c. 509], gave the following information:
The information asked for is not readily available before the financial year 1973–74. Tables giving the information since 1st April 1973 have been deposited in the Library. The actual costs of the most recent visits overseas cannot be given as the accounts have not yet been completed; in such cases the estimated expenditure is stated.
