§ Mr. Cartwrightasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects to issue the publicity material for the electricity discount scheme.
§ Dr. John CunninghamFrom 12th December an explanatory leaflet giving full details about the scheme will be available on request at post offices, electricity showrooms, social security offices, unemployment benefit offices, citizens advice bureaux and other agencies. Posters drawing attention to the scheme will also be displayed at these offices. Advertising of the scheme in the national Press will also commence about the time these leaflets become available and will continue at intervals during its period of operation.
