§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Lord President of the Council which of the matters for which he is responsible in England he is not responsible for in Scotland; for which matters he is currently responsible in Scotland; and which matters for which he is currently responsible in Scotland will become the responsibility of the Scottish Assembly and Executive under the terms of the Scotland Bill.
§ Mr. FootI am responsible for a variety of Royal Charter matters and appointments in relation to individual institutions in both England and Scotland. The devolved matters specified in Schedules 10 and 11 to the Scotland Bill do not alter these responsibilities.
