§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsMy right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I are publishing today a report entitled "A Study of School Building", which gives the main results from648W the survey and uses them as a basis for discussion of priorities for the improvement of school buildings over the next decade. We shall now proceed to consult the local authority and teachers' organisations and other interested bodies on the proposals in the report. Copies have been placed in the Library of the House.
