I understand from Bedfordshire County Council, which runs with Carlton community home, that the home has 30 places at present and on the 16th November 1977 all places were occupied. There were 34 staff in post on 16th November 1977 including care staff, teachers and instructors, administrative and dom 484W estic staff. The annual cost per place in 1976–77 was £8,627.
