§ Dr. GilbertSir Shapoor Reporter, who is a British subject, has been retained for some years by Millbank Technical Services Limited as its sole adviser regarding official defence sales to Iran which are conducted by Millbank Technical Services on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. In that capacity he has received payments in return for those services.
